This picture reminded me of the typical situation of the workers when their rights were not respected. I think that nowadays people are more conscious about their rights regarding work. However, this situation is still present today in certain work ; for instance in child labor.
Regarding work…one should be aware of both rights and duties!
The employer’s power could promote a lack of respect towards the employees…
